Sheila van Damm was born on January 17, 1922 in Paddington, London, England. She was a writer, known for 亨德逊夫人敬献 (2005), If It Moves It's Rude: The Story of the Windmill Theatre (1969) and Children's Television: Sunday Special (1957). She died on August 23, 1987 in Marylebone, London.
Daughter of Vivian Van Damm (1889-1960) and Natalie Lyons (1893-1968), who were married in 1914.
Inducted into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.
Automobile racer in the 1950s. Won 56 major races.
Her brother-in-law was film producer Daniel M. Angel.
Had two elder sisters, Betty Van Damm (born 1915) and Nona (born 1919), who both died in 1999.
She died from cancer at the London Clinic in August 1987. She had kept her illness from her family until two days prior to her death. No funeral service was held as per her wishes.
