Megan Weckwerth was born and raised in Ottawa, Canada. She is of French, German and English descent. She first started acting at the age of 13. She got her start working on independent short films and Internet media videos. Megan continued to develop her talent through school theatre and acting lessons. Megan learned a lot on set by working as a background performer in film and television productions such as Guilty at 17 (2014), Dead on Campus (2014) and The Preacher's Sin (2015).
Megan has an older brother named Eric.
