Ryon is an Emmy Award-winning producer, actor and writer. Previously at Lionsgate, Intermedia Film, Innovative Artists and Creative Artists Agency (CAA). He produced and appeared in 35mm sci-fi short "Real Artists" (2017), which screened at 200+ film festivals worldwide and won 50+ awards, including an Emmy Award and the 2018 AT&T Best Short Film - Emerging Filmmaker Award. He also line produced and appeared in USC grad thesis short film "Midsummer" (2019) and produced punk rock documentary feature "Bleeding Audio" (2019).
On Sept. 18, 2008 broke his neck diving into an ocean wave at Will Rogers State Beach in Santa Monica. Only two years later ran the 2010 New York City Marathon in under three hours, raising $6K+ for favorite charity The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.
Previously worked as a literary agency story analyst and coverage writer, business affairs executive, and attorney.
Acted in stage productions throughout grade school. Often appears in films and commercials he produces.
